Kadai Paneer

Ingredients:

Paneer 250 gms
-
Capsicum 3 nos.
-
Onion 2 chopped into big chunks.

Coriander powder 2 tsps.

Garam masala 1 tsp.
-
Red chili powder 1 tsp.
-
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp.
-
Tomatoes(chopped) 2 cups
-
Coriander leaves (chopped) ¼ cup
-
Kastori methi(fenugreek) 1 tbsp.

Oil 3 tbsps.

Salt to taste
Preparation:
-
Cut the paneer and capsicum into 1 1/2 cm cubes.

In an Pan add oil, oinon, and ginger-garlic paste and
cook until oil leaves the mixture.

Then add coriander, garam masala and chilly powder. Cover
and cook until oil leaves.

Then add tomato and cook until tomatoes become soft.
-
Add the paneer, salt and kastoori methi. Mix well and
cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
-
Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
